It was interesting to hear about Hunter. His diet is exactly the same as was recommended for our Percy. I’m glad he is still going strong. He must be very old now? Our little Yoshi is nearly 14 – can you believe it? Poppy has poly cystic kidney disease. It is a genetic condition – so she was probably born with it. She has had problems with allergies ever since she found us. The vet gave drugs for the allergies,but did not test to find out why Poppy was allergic. If there had been tests the kidney disease would have been found much earlier. She is a dear little cat. You would love her, she is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. She hears Rick’s car and runs to meet him. Very friendly. Take care of yourself Kyo. I miss you and think of you often. JKx

Can you tell me what exactly is the name of the disease Puppy suffers, so I can do the research for cures and information in my language.

And about Percy, is it Feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD) ? My cat has had it since 1- y-o and he’s been on diet “Royal canin pH control 2″ for 17 years and had shown no sign of relapse. My vet says, “strictly Right diet, no relapse” for this disease. I know it is difficult to feed only one kind of food, especially for the cats who used to have a lot of choice. But eventually they give in. My cat was stubborn in the beginning, too. But once he knew thats the only thing he can eat, then he went for it. No other choice. And thats for his life. We cant give in.
